Minor and Student Savings

Build good savings habits by opening an account for children and students. It only requires a $10 deposit and there is no monthly maintenance fee as long as you keep at least $10 in the account. Withdrawals are limited to three per month and subject to excessive activity charges. Interest is compounded quarterly.

Certificates of Deposit

For those who want higher rates of return on their money, consider purchasing a Certificate of Deposit. Volunteer State Bank CDs offer competitive rates and the flexibility of either automatically renewing at the end of the term or single maturity.
