Volunteer State Bank Named a Top Workplace in Middle Tennessee

Portland, Tenn. — June 26, 2023 — Volunteer State Bank has been named a 2023 Top Workplace in Middle Tennessee. The award, sponsored by The Tennessean, recognizes small, midsize and large companies that have been vetted a top place to work in the Nashville Metropolitan statistical area.
The input for determining the award is managed by Energage, a third-party research company. Energage administers workplace surveys directly to the employees of participating companies and their anonymous feedback is gathered, weighted and scaled to determine which organizations rank highest as a great place to work.
